Bagel, be good! is an independent product design project exploring how everyday pet essentials can become more thoughtful, expressive, and enjoyable objects for both dogs and their people.

The collection reimagines familiar walking accessories through a balance of function, material, and personality. Harnesses, leashes, collars, and portable accessories are designed as a cohesive system, with careful attention to proportion, tactile experience, adjustability, and the small interactions that shape daily routines. Soft braided elements are paired with structured vegan leather and warm metal hardware, creating a visual language that feels playful and elevated without losing practicality.

Rather than treating pet products as purely functional equipment, the project approaches them as objects that live naturally alongside fashion and lifestyle products. A restrained color palette, subtle detailing, and coordinated forms allow individual pieces to work together while giving owners room for personal expression.

At its core, Bagel, be good! explores the emotional dimension of product design: how simple, frequently used objects can strengthen everyday rituals and reflect the relationship between people and their dogs. The result is a collection designed not only for the walk itself, but for the life that happens around it.
