​Yanwen Hang

Yanwen Hang is a distinguished senior brand designer and visual strategist currently spearheading design initiatives for HashiCorp (an IBM company). With a specialized focus on the intersection of high-stakes technology and human-centric design, she has been instrumental in shaping the visual identity of some of the world’s most influential tech gatherings, including HashiConf, and orchestrating high-impact brand presences at AWS re:Invent, KubeCon, and RSA Conference. 

Beyond her corporate achievements, Yanwen is an internationally acclaimed visual artist whose work explores the cultural implications . She is the recipient of multiple Certificates of Typographic Excellence from the prestigious Type Directors Club (TDC 66 and TDC 68)—widely regarded as the highest honor in communication design. Her award-winning projects, such as Cyberdada, have earned Platinum honors at the MUSE Creative Awards, and have been featured in premier design publications including Creative Quarterly and the GDUSA.
