Zefeng Lu is a Product Designer currently working at Samsung Electronics America, with previous experience at TikTok and NetEase. Her work focuses on user experience design across AI, emerging technology, mobile products, and cross-cultural digital experiences. She holds graduate degrees in Human-Computer Interaction and Design from Columbia University and The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Zefeng’s work explores the intersection of technology, emotion, and inclusive design, with experience designing products used across global markets. Her projects span AI platforms, creator tools, consumer applications, and Web3 experiences. She has also contributed to international localization design systems and inclusive UX research.

Her work has been recognized by awards, including the MUSE Design Awards and New York Product Design Awards, and she actively participates in the global design community through judging, mentorship, and creative collaboration.
