Stand out brilliantly

Project brief: This project is inspired by the talented Chinese women I know who lived aboard. Ceramics symbolize our Chinese heritage and roots—upon which we develop our own patterns and colors. Through this piece, I want to highlight both the shared experiences and individuality of Chinese women living abroad, showcasing how they navigate a path that blends tradition and innovation, shining brightly in their own way.
 

About the artist: Yuwei (Momo) Liu is an Atlanta-based awarding-winning illustrator and animator from China whose work captures the whimsy of everyday life. She specializes in creating warm, expressive illustrations and animations for brands, advertising, and publishing. With experience across both in-house and agency environments, Yuwei helps brands build distinctive visual identities through whimsical visuals inspired by everyday life and objects.
